Site Safety Manager

Full-Time / Contract

Embedded on client job sites managing day-to-day safety operations. You'll conduct site inspections, lead toolbox talks, manage subcontractor safety, develop site-specific safety plans, and serve as the on-site safety authority. This is the backbone of what we do — boots on the ground, making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

Daily site safety inspections and hazard identification

Pre-task planning and JHA development

Toolbox talks and crew safety training

Subcontractor safety oversight and qualification

OSHA recordkeeping and incident investigation

Client communication and safety reporting

Safety Consultant

Full-Time / Contract

Work across multiple clients providing safety program development, compliance auditing, and strategic safety guidance. You'll assess operations, identify gaps, develop written programs, and help companies build sustainable safety cultures. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate with everyone from frontline workers to C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

Safety program auditing and gap analysis

Written program development and updates

OSHA compliance assessments

Management consulting and safety strategy

Risk assessment and mitigation planning

Client relationship management

Safety Trainer

Full-Time / Contract

Design and deliver safety training programs across multiple industries and topics. From OSHA 10/30 courses to specialized training in fall protection, confined space, and equipment operation — you'll keep workers safe through education. Bilingual English/Spanish trainers are especially valued.

Key Responsibilities

OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour course delivery

Competent person training programs

Equipment operation and certification

Site-specific safety orientation development

CPR/First Aid and emergency response training

Training program design and curriculum development

Qualifications

CSP — Certified Safety Professional

ASP — Associate Safety Professional

CHST — Construction Health & Safety Technician

OHST — Occupational Health & Safety Technologist

CIH — Certified Industrial Hygienist

Experience & Skills

Field safety experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and/or 29 CFR 1910

Experience with safety program development and implementation

Proven ability to lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish — a significant plus
